Welcome to Ludo.now. By using the site you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose - we run a free game site, not a law firm.

The service

• Ludo.now provides free, browser-based board games, a daily challenge, leaderboards and online multiplayer. No payment is required or accepted for play.
• We aim for the site to be available around the clock, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

• An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• Choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading or impersonating someone else. We may rename or remove accounts that break this rule.
• You may ask us to delete your account and its data at any time via the contact page.

Fair play

• Leaderboards are for humans. Automated play, tampered submissions or exploiting bugs to post implausible results may lead to entries being removed and accounts being banned.
• Keep multiplayer chat civil. Abusive, hateful or spam messages may result in a ban.
• If you find a bug, please tell us via the contact page rather than exploiting it - we genuinely appreciate reports.

Intellectual property

The Ludo.now name, site design, artwork and software are ours. The underlying game rules of Ludo, Pachisi and their relatives are traditional and belong to everyone. You may link to any page on the site; you may not copy the site itself.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludo.now is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to play - which is zero.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
